Key Accountabilities:

• Drive overall company performance, growth, and financial success
• Define strategic vision and establish forward-looking business objectives
• Formulate and implement revenue-generation strategies aligned with growth targets
• Explore and capitalise on emerging market opportunities
• Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with critical clients and stakeholders
• Conduct ongoing assessment of industry dynamics and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for advancement

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years' tenure in senior leadership capacities with proven P&L responsibility
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master's degree in Engineering (preferred)
• Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 or equivalent) with demonstrated ability to lead high-level negotiations, conduct strategic discussions, and build executive relationships with Japanese corporate leadership
• Comprehensive understanding of AHMS and ASRS solutions, coupled with expertise in business operations management
• Sophisticated commercial insight and strategic mindset
• Established track record in managing critical situations and resolving organizational conflicts
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to meet with clients, partners, and stakeholders across regional and international markets
