What the role is:

You manage Human Resource (HR) matters for Singapore Armed Forces Volunteer Corps (SAFVC) Volunteers, including enlistment, deployment, performance management, and welfare.

What you will be working on:
  • Interface with stakeholders to manage spectrum of HR functions
  • Ensure efficient and timely HR delivery and effective governance of finance processes
  • Liaise with relevant departments and agencies for matters such as clarification of policy or HR/National Service (NS) IT system issues

Challenges:

  • Multi-tasking various administrative functions with different timelines
  • Having effective time management and systematic thinking to prioritise workload
  • Interacting with various stakeholders
  • Translating Human Resource policies and guidelines for easier understanding and answering of queries
What we are looking for:
  • Education in Human Resource or Business is preferred
  • Strong command of English language (written and oral)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management skills and systematic thinking
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload to produce desired results on time (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
