Job description

We are looking for a candidate to independently administrate the transport operation of our company's various projects.

The role is multi faceted, and has deep involvement in customer service, transport co-ordination, planning and deployment of routes. Having an eye for safety procedures and being careful and meticulous is an important attribute of this position. The ability to communicate and manage bus crew is critical for the success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Strategise, plan, coordinate, refine and execute processes to ensure the smooth running of operations;
• Lead a group of coordinators, bus crew and contractors;
• Receive route orders and plan on-boarding procedures for passengers;
• Co-ordinate with customers and other stakeholders on their queries and process of onboarding;
• Plan, route and co-ordinate with suitable drivers on their routes;
• Lead training and ensure that service qualities are upheld;
• Deal with feedback, queries and complaints proactively and positively;
• Other duties as required to fulfill the requirement of the position.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written communication skills, patient and is able and comfortable in communicating with people from all walks of life;
• Meticulous, able to multi-task and is focused in coordinating the tasks on hand to ensure deliverables are met to customers' satisfaction;
• Self starter and strong team player;
• Able to adopt IT processes, is adept in the use of technology and can train drivers in the use of technology to facilitate the workflow;
