Duties and Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Implementation: Have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. Maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
  • Execution: Support the execution of individual projects through the development and application of standard for scope, schedule, budget, resource and risk/issue management.
  • Optimize: Identify and implement optimized program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement to deliver more effective and efficient project execution.
  • Visibility: Create and maintain a channel for effective critical issue and project change management, ensuring transparency and alignment of expectations between project teams and partners.
  • Insights & Risks: Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and partners.
  • Management: Work closely with project sponsors, cross‑functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives. Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
  • Internal Partnerships & Leadership Alignment: Acting as the primary trusted advisor to senior leaders across the Finance, Treasury program's lifecycle starting with inception through to program goals, ongoing continuous improvement, and communication of progress against objectives.
  • Product Management: Partnering with solution management, expert services, architecture teams to ensure roadmaps are oriented to deliver against program objectives and measurable key performance indicators.
  • External Partnerships: Managing vendor relationships to influence development capabilities & ensure that our needs will be met by our partners.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of professionals through organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance. Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
Requirements
  • IT / Computer Science Degree Holder with 6-8 years of experience in solutioning in Finance, Treasury.
  • SAP FI configuration: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Consolidation, Fund Management, Tax, Special Purpose Ledger.
  • SAP CO configuration, product costing, profit center accounting, profitability analysis, activity-based costing.
  • Proven experience gathering and documenting functional requirements using Agile methodology.
  • Proven experience transitioning functional requirement to technical requirements.
  • Experience working in SAP S/4 Hana.
  • Preferably practical knowledge in analytics, data visualization and business intelligence platform (i.e. Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, SAP, Alteryx).
