Job summary

Job description
What the role is

You will support the Business Partnership function by partnering key divisions in CAAS in strategic and operational financial planning.

What you will be working on

You will provide mission critical financial/operational information to drive financial performance, including impactful trends and variance analysis, risk sensing and scenario planning. You will primarily fulfil the financial advisory and decision support needs for Changi Airport’s Terminal 5 and Changi East Development. You will develop financial models and business analysis to support strategic initiatives to review critical strategic and financial decisions. You will value-add to project and strategic planning, funding, contract awards and management. You will be responsible for the efficient and effective management and governance of funds for the mega development. You will also lead process improvements and engage relevant stakeholders regularly in a whole-of-government effort to manage the financial and funding aspects of the mega development.

What we are looking for

We require an energetic, results-oriented leader and team player with the following prerequisites:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Accountancy, Business, Finance or related areas
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, candidates with background in audit are also welcome to apply
  • Possess strong thinking and analysis skills, self-motivated and resourceful
  • Strong communication, influencing and team playing skills

Note: Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance, and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.
