Manager, Sales - Group (Singapore)

We are looking for a Manager, Sales - Group (Singapore) to join our team!

Responsibilities
  • Implement all sales activities to maximize business opportunities and revenues in your specific area of responsibility, to achieve and exceed segment goals for Singapore hotels.
  • Drive group lead conversion to achieve set segment sales goals and targets for Singapore hotels.
  • Qualify prospective clients considering sales strategy goals, negotiating optimum rates for the benefit of the business.
  • Sell all facets of hotels in Singapore: rooms, catering, food & beverage, and other revenues as set out in hotel budgets.
  • Implement all sales action plans related to respective markets and account portfolio.
  • Proactively partner with Business Development team colleagues to source new business within each assigned market and segment, generating viable enquiries and converting business to maximize revenue.
  • Work closely with Business Development team to increase share from existing accounts.
  • Actively support and execute group-wide sales initiatives, e.g., special promotions, sales missions, business development weeks, business closing week, etc.
  • Maintain close liaison with GSOs and STB representatives in assigned territory to solicit new accounts, action inquiries and convert business.
