Responsibilities

Supporting the investment and portfolio management operations of the IFM Debt Investment – focusing on Private Debt investment strategies.

Provides, as supervised and/or directed by the Director, Risk & Compliance (Asia), compliance advisory to internal and external stakeholders relating to the firm’s activities.

Assists, as supervised or directed by the Director, Risk & Compliance (Asia), in ensuring IFM’s compliance with various statutory and other obligations with a primary focus on Singapore and rest of Asia.

Contributes to global team and firm initiatives where required.

Experience
  • Related industry experience. Typically, 5-7 years
  • Experience in private markets will be an advantage
  • Fluency in English
Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in law, commerce, economics, finance or related field.
  • Governance qualifications or experience an advantage
Business knowledge
  • Sound understanding and knowledge of regulatory requirements as they relate to IFM’s investment processes and the marketing and distribution of products and services.
Technical knowledge
  • Sound understanding of all laws, regulations and governance requirements as they relate to IFM Investors.
  • Sound financial knowledge.
  • Strong proficiency with MicrosoftOffice applications such as MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
