Job summary

A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to provide project and procurement management support. This role involves coordinating projects, managing vendors, and engaging with various stakeholders. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support key project workstreams by working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, vendors, and consultants.
  • Manage vendors and consultants, including conducting site inspections and visits.
  • Support procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, evaluation, and selection across project workstreams.
  • Lead records management and archival efforts, coordinating with agencies on records acquisition and transfer.
  • Support the development and implementation of project-related policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Provide end-to-end administrative and project management support, including meeting coordination, documentation, budget and payment tracking, timeline monitoring, and ad-hoc initiatives.
Requirements
  • Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in Procurement, Tender Management, Bid Evaluation and Presentations within the public sector.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal abilities, with proven ability in working with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Able to work on weekends when required.
