The Performance Manager (MSE) takes full ownership of our Hotel and Car Rental verticals across premier global metasearch platforms like Google Hotel Ads, TripAdvisor, and Skyscanner. Serving as the bridge between external partners and internal Product, Engineering, and Pricing teams, you manage both the commercial and technical integrity of our partnerships. Your mission is to drive channel stability and success through diligent daily execution and deep performance analysis. By balancing hands‑on optimization with strategic commercial management, you will be instrumental in scaling our global footprint and delivering sustainable business growth.

- Performance Ownership: Develop a deep understanding of channel performance to transform data into actionable insights. Proactively propose initiatives, create detailed execution plans, and champion the rollout through post-performance reviews for growth.
- Bidding & Campaign Optimization: Execute daily bidding adjustments and campaign optimizations. Monitor KPIs closely to ensure performance stays on track while identifying ways to improve both top‑line revenue and bottom‑line profitability.
- Pricing Strategy Collaboration: Partner with the Pricing Team to design, configure, and experiment with pricing models. Ensure all pricing initiatives are aligned with and support the broader P&L objectives.
