Job description

The Performance Manager (MSE) takes full ownership of our Hotel and Car Rental verticals across premier global metasearch platforms like Google Hotel Ads, TripAdvisor, and Skyscanner. Serving as the bridge between external partners and internal Product, Engineering, and Pricing teams, you manage both the commercial and technical integrity of our partnerships. Your mission is to drive channel stability and success through diligent daily execution and deep performance analysis. By balancing hands‑on optimization with strategic commercial management, you will be instrumental in scaling our global footprint and delivering sustainable business growth.

What you'll do
  • Partner Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for MSE partners. Manage end‑to‑end technical troubleshooting, ensure roadmap alignment, and identify immediate opportunities for scaling.
  • Strategic Growth & Execution: Implement platform‑specific growth strategies while contributing innovative ideas for channel expansion. Maintain rigorous oversight of daily spend, traffic outputs, and budget pacing to adapt to market shifts and secure long‑term ROI and volume targets.
  • Performance Ownership: Develop a deep understanding of channel performance to transform data into actionable insights. Proactively propose initiatives, create detailed execution plans, and champion the rollout through post-performance reviews for growth.
  • Bidding & Campaign Optimization: Execute daily bidding adjustments and campaign optimizations. Monitor KPIs closely to ensure performance stays on track while identifying ways to improve both top‑line revenue and bottom‑line profitability.
  • Pricing Strategy Collaboration: Partner with the Pricing Team to design, configure, and experiment with pricing models. Ensure all pricing initiatives are aligned with and support the broader P&L objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Technical Alignment: Collaborate with the Product Team to streamline technical dependencies, resolve blockers, and maximize the visibility and quality of MSE listings across all platforms.
What you'll need
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required. Majoring in Mathematics, Economics, or Statistics, is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Performance or Digital Marketing roles. Proven track record in managing strategic marketing accounts for global e‑commerce brands across multiple regions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience partnering with internal Product and Engineering squads is a significant plus.
  • A strong “data sense” with a proven track record of using analytical skills to drive business decisions.
  • A proactive approach to finding new growth levers and a “fast‑learner” attitude toward emerging travel‑tech trends.
