A governmental environmental agency in Singapore seeks an individual to manage parks and connectors while promoting community engagement and nature conservation. The role requires a passion for the outdoors and relevant academic qualifications. Candidates should possess strong digital skills and be prepared to work flexibly. The position includes an 11-month contract, ideal for those who thrive in nature-friendly environments dedicated to ecological preservation.
You will be part of a team that takes care of lush and vibrant parks to serve the recreational and lifestyle pursuits of our community.
Under our City in Nature vision, you will be responsible for the management of selected parks and park connectors to provide a safe and pleasant experience for park visitors, and to bring park visitors closer to nature. Your work will also require keen interest and knowledge in nature and greenery to carry out landscape and infrastructure development/maintenance works. You will also implement a range of activities involving the community, including programming, education and outreach, tree-planting events, as well as various habitat enhancement projects.
The successful candidate will be placed on a 11-month employment contract. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
