Job description
Your tasks
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Order Processing Specialists, fostering a positive and high‑performing work environment. This includes performance management, training, and career development
  • Oversee the entire order processing lifecycle management including order entry, supplier communication, shipment tracking, and payment reconciliation
  • Analyze existing order processing workflows, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, speed, and accuracy. Implement and monitor improvements using data‑driven insights
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Order Processing teams across the Asia Pacific region to resolve issues, streamline processes, and ensure consistent service levels. Able to participate in the various cross‑functional projects as lead or member to enhance the impact and efficiency of various processes
  • SAP Key User & Support: Act as a regional key user for SAP system (SD & MM modules), providing expert support and training to the Order Processing team and troubleshooting issues. Work with the Contract Management Team to ensure all orders are processed in compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in order processing, supply chain, or a related operational role
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing a team
  • Strong understanding of Export Control regulations and Incoterms
  • Proven proficiency in SAP, specifically SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Material Management) modules
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
