Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Development and Alignment of Data Use Priorities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and oversee data use priorities, roadmaps, and plans that align with clinical and business goals.
- Identify and prioritise high‑impact areas in clinical, research, and operational settings for data insights.
- Co‑conceptualise DataIU products with stakeholders and support the formulation of follow‑up plans and proposals.
- Facilitate review processes, adoption frameworks, and benefits realisation metrics.
- Ensure alignment with NUHS’s goals and priorities through strategy and planning with stakeholders.
- Project and Programme Management
- Oversee DataIU projects, ensuring outcomes and KPIs are achieved.
- Support quality checks, post‑implementation reviews, and risk management.
- Track and facilitate resource planning and optimisation.
- Contribute to sustainability and future‑proofing of DataIU’s work products.
- Department Operations, Growth, and Sustainability
- Collaborate with DataIU colleagues to develop positive work practices and culture.
- Assist in managing day‑to‑day operations to ensure efficiency.
- Participate in internal improvement initiatives.
- Support DataIU’s growth and sustainability planning for long‑term relevance.
- Champion Innovation, Research, and Education
- Contribute to the mentoring framework and foster a learning and innovation environment.
- Participate in team‑building activities to promote a cohesive workplace.
Skills and Knowledge
- Professional degree or equivalent in Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, or a related field.
- Data Science background is optional but preferred, with experience in data analytics or related fields.
Skills and Qualities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with clinical, business, and IT teams.
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Singapore’s healthcare landscape and reform agenda.
- Proficiency in informatics, IT, and data analytics.
- Solid project and risk management skills with focus on outcomes.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience Required
- Minimum of 5 years in clinical or healthcare management, preferably with experience in patient care and health technology.
- Experience in business and operations is a plus.
- Experience with data science, analytics, or related technical fields is optional but preferred.
