Job summary

A dynamic hospitality company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee both restaurant and salon operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a customer service orientation, ensuring a positive outlet image. Responsibilities include managing operations, training staff, and analyzing sales figures. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is required, along with relevant management experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as Restaurant Manager/Hospitality Manager.
  • Proven experience as Head of Operations or equivalent position in a fast-moving company.
  • Possesses strong knowledge of beauty and F&B industry's legal rules and guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day restaurant & salons operations, and ensure a positive outlet image.
  • Coordinate front and back of the house operations for smooth delivery of services.
  • Train and coach staff on customer service best practices.
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and suggest solutions.
  • Analyze and forecast sales figures to maximize profits.

Responsibilities
  • Involving in both restaurant and salons operations is mandatory
  • Manage day to day restaurant & salons operations, and ensure a positive outlet image
  • Coordinating front and back of the house operations for smooth delivery of services
  • Training / coaching of new and current staff on customer service best practices
  • Managing staff training, schedules and work performance
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints, suggest solutions to resolve complaints
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
  • Control operations cost and identify measures to cut wastages
  • Maintaining market awareness and developing new and innovative processes for more efficient restaurant operations
  • Preparing of reports
  • Analyze and forecast sales figures to maximize profits
