The Frazer Jones team is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a globally renowned organisation to appoint a HRIS Manager. This is a critical role based in Singapore and part of the Global HRIS ecosystem, with a specific mandate to represent and support the Asia Pacific region. In this role, you will play a central part in ensuring that global Workday standards are upheld, while shaping and maintaining HR data quality, compliance, and operational accuracy across APAC. This is a full‑time, hybrid role covering multiple markets across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of HR data for APAC, ensuring that all employee and organisational information in Workday is accurate, complete, and compliant with global data standards.
  • Act as the regional gatekeeper, ensuring data is consistently maintained while reflecting local nuances and requirements.
  • Safeguard employee information by upholding stringent data privacy regulations and implementing clear rules on data retention, access rights, and overall data lifecycle management.
  • Keep the organisation structure in Workday fully up to date by maintaining reporting lines, team structures, job changes, new roles, and cost‑centre accuracy.
  • Ensure the system mirrors real‑world changes during growth, reorganisations, or integrations.
  • Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for APAC, troubleshoot and resolve complex HR data problems, guide HR teams on correct processes, and help prevent future issues.
  • Run audits, data quality checks, and validation routines to drive accuracy and reduce system errors.
  • Design and implement audit mechanisms, identify potential data risks early, and equip HR teams and service providers with appropriate training to maintain standards.
  • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and insights for the region to turn data into meaningful information for business decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with the global Workday team to support system improvements, test new features, and drive enhancements during Workday release cycles.
  • Champion continuous improvement, support process optimisation, and help uplift the region’s capability through training and change enablement.
Ideal Profile
  • 5–8 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or HR data management, with knowledge and usage experience of Workday.
  • Experience managing data governance, resolving complex HR data issues, and ensuring compliance across multiple markets.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to operate within a global matrix environment.
  • A passion for accuracy, process improvement, and technology adoption, alongside strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
What’s On Offer

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and globally connected HRIS function while shaping the foundation of HR data excellence across APAC. The company offers a supportive culture, hybrid work arrangements, and the chance to lead meaningful improvements that will strengthen HR operations across the region.
