As Manager, Graduate Recruitment at NUS-ISS, you will be accountable for driving measurable growth in applications and enrolments across graduate programmes. You will lead with a performance mindset, owning the full recruitment funnel from outreach to conversion through data‑informed strategies, targeted campaigns, and corporate engagement. This role demands a strong focus on outcomes, agility, and collaboration, particularly within the Singapore and Southeast Asia markets.

1. Recruitment Performance
  • Deliver against annual and quarterly enrolment targets with clear accountability for each stage of the recruitment funnel.
  • Maintain or improve conversion benchmarks (lead‑to‑application, application‑to‑enrolment) through continuous funnel optimization.
  • Provide real‑time performance tracking and actionable insights using analytics tools.
2. Outreach Impact
  • Execute a defined number of high‑conversion outreach events per quarter, with post‑event ROI analysis.
  • Generate a sustainable pipeline of qualified leads through data‑driven campaigns and targeted messaging.
  • Maintain a performance calendar of outreach activities with measurable engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Assist with logistical and administrative arrangements for all recruitment, outreach events and campaigns.
3. Corporate Engagement
  • Engage and support both local and international Business Development teams to promote stackable pathways and sponsored enrolments.
  • Build and grow strategic partnerships with HR and L&D teams to support talent development pipelines.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Ensure message consistency and strategic alignment across Programme Chiefs, Marketing, Admissions, and Business Development.
  • Provide market intelligence to inform programme positioning and new offerings.
  • Lead or contribute to cross‑functional performance reviews, presenting recruitment insights and improvement plans.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in recruitment, marketing, or business development.
  • Proven track record of exceeding enrolment or sales targets in a performance‑driven environment.
  • Strong data fluency and hands‑on experience with CRM systems and analytics tools.
  • Persuasive communicator with excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
  • Highly accountable, with a strong sense of ownership, a bias for action, and a willingness to support the team when needed.
  • Growth‑oriented and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Strategic thinker who can align cross‑functional teams toward shared outcomes while contributing as a dependable team player.
