About the Role
At Changi Airport Group, we harness technology to redefine the airport experience and deliver operational excellence. We are looking for a driven and resourceful Manager to lead the development, delivery and operations of enterprise-wide digital platforms and AI solutions that power airport operations and elevate the passenger experience.
You will partner closely with business units, technology teams, and external partners to translate ideas into scalable, impactful solutions. This role suits someone who enjoys taking end-to-end ownership, thrives in fast-paced environments, and seeks to drive meaningful digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation and operations of enterprise digital systems and AI solutions, aligning them to meet business and operation objectives
- Provide technical oversight from design through deployment and enhancement, ensuring platform robustness, reliability, and security compliance
- Lead end-to-end project and system integration delivery, coordinating technical activities and fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure solutions meet business requirements and achieve successful implementation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors and partners to translate complex needs into clear, actionable plans and ensure timely communication and alignment
- Oversee vendor management, ensuring SLA compliance, performance standards, and reliable delivery of services
- Continuously identify and assess emerging technologies to drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer engagement
- Lead and mentor a small, focused team, managing priorities and resources to deliver projects on time and to quality standards
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience managing complex customer-facing or business-critical IT projects within large organisations, with a proven track record of successful delivery
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively
- Technical expertise in cloud-based microservices & serverless architectures and SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with Gen AI concepts and tools, with practical experience to customer relationship management (CRM) and AI Chatbot systems will be an advantage
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices is an advantage
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business domains
