The Role

The Manager, Creative Marketing creates, designs and produces marketing materials including, but not limited to, advertisements, collateral, signage, flash pieces, electronic brochures and presentations to drive hotel revenue.

Our Expectations:

  • Lead and manage graphic design direction across all assigned projects, overseeing the full process from concept development to final production and delivery, including coordination of photo and video shoots.
  • Design, adapt and update print and multimedia collateral to ensure alignment with the current brand identity and visual standards.
  • Manage the overall look and feel of creative outputs, ensuring consistency in concept, visual development and execution across all platforms.
  • Plan and prepare creative work by gathering relevant information and materials, translating briefs into effective design concepts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers and relevant operational departments as part of cross‑functional project teams to develop creative strategies that support promotional objectives.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer demographics and apply this insight to develop appropriate visual directions for promotions, events and campaigns.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely production, display and distribution of materials in support of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular and clear communication to Marketing and project stakeholders regarding project status, timelines and deliverables.
  • Execute production‑related tasks including scanning, digital retouching, image editing, special effects, file manipulation and layout.
  • Work closely with external printers and production vendors to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
  • Raise purchase requisitions and track expenditure related to creative and design activities in accordance with budget guidelines.
  • Ensure all creative outputs comply with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all channels.
  • Stay informed of current design trends, tools and best practices to continuously improve creative quality and effectiveness.
  • Contribute creative ideas and visual direction for campaigns, seasonal initiatives, brand launches and collaborations.
