What you’ll be doing on the job

We are seeking a highly trusted, discreet, and adaptable Manager to the CEO to support the CEO / Principal within a family office environment. This role sits at the heart of the CEO Office and requires exceptional judgement, confidentiality, and the ability to manage a wide range of administrative, coordination, and ad-hoc responsibilities.

The successful candidate will act as a reliable right hand to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, effective coordination across internal and external stakeholders, and smooth execution of sensitive matters relating to the family office.
