The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the general insurance industry, specializing in Property & Casualty classes. Responsibilities

• Responsible for the profitable growth and development of business through brokers.
• Carry out quality assurance checks and assist in training of junior team members.
• Optimize efficiency and effectiveness in work processes within the department.
• Underwrite Property & Casualty Classes of Insurance.
• Manage portfolio profitability growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers.
• Develop and manage Broker Facilities.
• Ensure compliance with credit control policy.
• Undertake any other duties as may be assigned.
