Camera Marketing Planning

• Manage all countries & areas under the region to achieve the sales and profit targets
• Allocate the Sales Subsidiaries & products to maximize Consolidated CSPL (&Global) sales
• Develop and explore business in emerging countries cooperating with local business partners.

Collaboration with business unit or product

• Liaise with business unit or product related matters.
• Realize efficient collaboration with related matters.
• Cooperation with relevant departments

Cooperation with headquarter in Japan

• Establish a good relationship with headquarters in Japan for better cooperation.
• Report necessary items to headquarters in a timely manner.
• Share information from the headquarter to relevant departments.
• Discussions and negotiations with headquarters for business development.

People Management

• Team management of respective small group in the department
• Knowledge transfer to team members in the department
• Train and OJT to team members in the department

Job Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or related field
• Minimum 10 years Camera business experience.
• At least a bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field is required.
• Possess good knowledge of sales trends in similar industry.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication in both English & Japanese as this role will need to liaise frequently with head office in Japan.
• Good project management skill.
• Strong organizational and leadership skill.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Possess good disposition.
