The ideal candidate will support distributors and contribute to market development with technical advice for boat manufacturers.

Job description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include activities and projects)

• Synergy effect on marine business (Outboard Motor/Wave runner & Spare parts/Oil sales)
• Grasping actual market situation (3C/4P) in ASEAN countries
• Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts
• Making action plan for next three years to increase market share (especially bigger HP)
• Setting clear target (sales units/market share)
• Implementation of sales & marketing plan
• Collaborating with HOD, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategies
• Absorbing market demands and reporting it to the head office in Japanese
• Regular market visit in Asean countries and share latest market trends and findings with Japan head office
• Present monthly reporting to company & head office in English & Japanese
• Maintaining a marketing database
• Support head office in the introduction of new product models
• Support Asean distributors in market development and network improvement
• Support the preparation of promotional marketing tools for distributors
• Giving technical advice to boat manufacturers in ASEAN countries
• Understanding how to use the internal system and share information with ASEAN team.
• Learning and working with various types of software for marketing & reporting
• Any other duties as assigned by company or head office
