Job summary

Koufu Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Outlet Operations Manager to lead daily activities, drive efficiency, and ensure high service standards across the outlet.

You will partner with Area Manager for strategic planning, manage staffing, inventory, and compliance, and foster a safe, hygienic environment while delivering cost-effective operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with Area Manager on strategic planning.
• Develop cost-effective operating plans to hit targets.
• Ensure prompt service to meet customer needs.
• Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulations.
• Ensure sales reporting, cash handling and inventory controls.
• Train and retain outlet staff; manage recruitment.
• Manage staffing schedules for optimal productivity.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish as needed.
• Analyse issues and implement timely solutions.
• Review cleaning standards and food safety regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Oversee the daily operations of outlet for efficient operations
• Work closely with the Area Manager on strategic business planning and operations
• Develop cost-effective operational plan to achieve outlet's goals
• Ensure good and prompt service to satisfy customers' needs
• Ensure outlet compliance to all authority regulations including but not limited to hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety guidelines
• Ensure outlet compliance to Company's regulations such as sales reporting, cash management and inventory controls
• Train and retain outlet staff
• Manpower recruitment and scheduling to achieve optimal productivity
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock when needed
• Analyse and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner
• Regular review to improve cleaning standards, food safety and sanitation
• Perform any duties which may be assigned from time to superior

Requirements:

• Able to multitask and perform in fast paced working environment
• Strong leadership quality with excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Good communication in verbal and written skills
• Able to work shift hours, weekends and Public Holiday (6 days a week)
