Job summary

SHAO SOCIAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a versatile cafe/restaurant team member to support daily operations. You will liaise with associates speaking Mandarin, Vietnamese and Myanmar, work weekends/public holidays, and assist in roster planning and stock ordering.

The role involves mise-en-place, fast and friendly customer service, taking orders, cashiering, and dining area upkeep. You will perform coffee making and cleaning tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Mandarin, Vietnamese, Myanmar speaking associates
• Work long hours, weekends and public holidays
• Assist operation manager with daily operations, including roster planning and stock ordering
• Comply with company policies and SOPs
• Perform mise-en-place
• Provide fast, friendly and customized customer service
• Take customer orders, clear tables, make coffee, cashiering when needed, mop and clean dining areas and dishwashing, and other duties as assigned

Comply with company's policies and procedures relating to all outlet activities

Perform mise-end place

Provide supervisor customer service that is fast, super friendly and customized to the needs of each customer

provide efficient, accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt customer service delivery in accordance to established SOP like taking customer order - clearing tables - require making coffee - perform cashiering at times - does mopping and cleaning of dining areas and dishwashing - any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
