Job summary

SINGAPORE HISERIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Operations Supervisor to support daily restaurant operations across front-of-house and back-of-house roles in Singapore.

You will work closely with the Outlet Manager and Operations Team to uphold service standards, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, supervising crew, handling customer inquiries and complaints, monitoring costs and inventory, and assisting with promotions and new product launches.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in both English and Chinese required.
• Experience in front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations across front-of-house and back-of-house duties.
• Assist with staff scheduling and supervision of crew during shifts.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and service recovery to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor outlet costs, wastage, and other operating expenses to maintain targets.
• Assist with inventory management, stock ordering, and stocktaking.

Job Description:

• Support daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Perform and oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operational duties.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Assist with staff scheduling, manpower deployment, and daily work arrangements.
• Supervise, guide, and support crew members during daily operations.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
• Monitor outlet sales, food costs, wastage, and other operating expenses.
• Assist with inventory management, stock ordering, receiving, and stocktaking.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety standards, and workplace requirements.
• Support promotional activities, new product launches, and delivery-platform operations.
• Assist with cashiering, daily sales reconciliation, and preparation of operational reports.
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, service, and sales.
• Work closely with the Outlet Manager and Operations Team to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Take on additional supervisory and management responsibilities as training and experience progress.
