Job summary

Job description

• Manage the daily operations of multiple outlets including hands on in kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

• Develop and implement targets, KPIs, policies, and procedures to drive consistent business performance and compliance

• Meet sales targets, compile information and develop material for reporting to higher management

• Monitor and control cost of goods sold (COGS), sales, and labor costs to meet financial objectives

• Formulate new and seasonal products to enhance the brand’s market offering and customer appeal

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives that increase customer engagement and sales

• Conduct proactive market surveys to identify competitive trends and opportunities for business advantage

• To ensure succession planning is in place all levels

• Plan and oversee store openings and renovations to ensure timely and quality execution aligned with brand image

• Motivate and lead staff to achieve individual and team KPIs, fostering a high-performance culture and succession planning at all levels

• Compile sales and operational data to prepare reports for senior management, supporting informed decision-making

• Execute other ad hoc duties assigned by higher management to support organizational goals
