Job Brief

We are looking for a highly motivated & dynamic Officer to be part of the CEO office. The successful candidate will be able to apply her/ his strategic and analytical skills to support and track projects being run by various stakeholders within the organization. She/ He will work with the CEO and the Management team to track the implementation of strategies, different initiatives, plans and actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: Report on the status of the execution of defined business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and success.
• Have a strong sense of planning, monitoring, control and operational management, with meticulous work attitude.
• Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative orientation
• Impeccable written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills

Requirements

• Minimum 0~2 years professional experience.
• Microsoft tools skills & presentation abilities
• Motivated and self-driven
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
• Excellent listening, and presentation skills
