Qualifications

  • Prior experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage but not required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
  • Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • PC literate, well-organized, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an attractive and orderly appearance in the outlet.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Ensure sufficient supplies and stocks for operations.
  • Support daily restaurant operations for smooth service.
  • Keep all staff informed on promotions and information.
  • Contribute ideas to improve operations and customer service.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company.
