Job description

What you'll be doing

• Perform routine inspections, testing, maintenance and repair of building systems, equipment and assets such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other mechanical systems
• Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot issues to identify and resolve the root cause
• Complete preventative and corrective maintenance tasks to a high standard, maintaining detailed records and reports
• Liaise with contractors and vendors to coordinate the delivery of specialised maintenance and repair services
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and reliability of building systems and equipment
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician or equivalent role in the building services or facilities management industry
• Technical qualifications in electrical, mechanical or HVAC systems, or a relevant engineering discipline
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of building systems and equipment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex maintenance issues
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• A proactive, safety-conscious approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1, $2,000.00 per month
