What you'll be doing
- Perform routine inspections, testing, maintenance and repair of building systems, equipment and assets such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other mechanical systems
- Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot issues to identify and resolve the root cause
- Complete preventative and corrective maintenance tasks to a high standard, maintaining detailed records and reports
- Liaise with contractors and vendors to coordinate the delivery of specialised maintenance and repair services
- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and reliability of building systems and equipment
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician or equivalent role in the building services or facilities management industry
- Technical qualifications in electrical, mechanical or HVAC systems, or a relevant engineering discipline
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of building systems and equipment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex maintenance issues
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive, safety-conscious approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
