Job Scope

• Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities for equipment, and facility systems to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and lifespan.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and safety to support smooth operational workflows.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation to comply with company policies and industry standards.
• Assist in installation, commissioning, and upgrade projects of plant equipment and systems.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies in maintenance operations.

Requirement

• Degree or Diploma in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent
• 2 - 4 years of hands‑on experience in maintenance engineering or related technical roles in manufacturing / industrial settings
