Job summary

A materials technology firm in Singapore is seeking a Process Engineer (Machining) – Sputtering Target to optimize machining processes and support new product introduction. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience as a Junior Executive in Industrial Engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage machining processes for optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain Process Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Provide training to production operators on approved procedures.
• Review Manufacturing Orders and ensure compliance with process requirements.
• Update engineering drawings and ensure accuracy.
• Set daily production targets and manage workflow.
• Monitor production schedules for on-time output.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and follow-up actions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot process engineering issues.
