Machine Operator (Card Personalization – Production)

Location: Ubi • Salary: Up to $2,500 + OT

Working Days: 5.5 per week

Join a stable and growing company in the payment card / card personalization industry as a Machine Operator. You will be part of the production team ensuring secure and accurate personalization of cards for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate card personalization / printing machines to personalize cards, ensuring accurate data and good print quality.

• Ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time to meet customers’ Service Level targets.

• Plan and coordinate daily work with the Production team to ensure smooth workflow.

• Perform stock-taking and tracking of card collaterals and related materials.

• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor / Team Leader.

Requirements

• Comfortable working with machines in a production / manufacturing environment.

• Able to stand for long hours and carry item as part of daily operations.

• Must be willing to keep mobile phone in locker before entering work premises (secured production area).

• No credit issues and no criminal records (background checks will be conducted for shortlisted candidates).

• Responsible, attentive to details and able to work as a team.

Working Hours

• Shift 1: 8.30am – 6pm (Monday to Thursday) 8.30am – 5.30pm (Friday) 8:30am - 12:30pm (Saturday)

• Shift 2: 12pm – 9.30pm (Monday to Thursday) 12pm to 9pm (Friday) 8:30am - 12:30pm (Saturday)

• OT will be paid if criteria are met and total hours exceed 44 hours per week.

• Basic salary: Up to $2,500 (depending on experience)
