Job summary

An engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified individual to assist in supervising M&E services. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and managing subcontractors. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the construction industry. Strong communication skills are essential. The position is based at Shan Road.

• Assist in supervising and coordinating M&E services work
• Attend project meetings; liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors on M&E issues.
• Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress.
• Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations;
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

Job Requirement

• Min Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Construction / Building related)
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Prefer with construction industry background.
• Work independently and liaise effectively with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Good communication and Interpersonal skills
