Job Scope
Retail and Store Operations
  • Provide professional sales service, introduce jewellery products, and assist customers in making purchase decisions.
  • Maintain store presentation at all times including product display, cleanliness, packaging, and stock arrangement.
  • Support store promotions, customer engagement activities, and daily retail operations.
  • Assist with basic inventory updates, stock checks, and product handling.
Jewellery and Customer Support
  • Learn essential diamond and gemstone knowledge including sourcing, certification, craftsmanship, and quality standards.
  • Assist with preparing quotations, offering styling advice, and following up with customers.
  • Ensure customers receive a premium, personalised shopping experience.
Marketing and Content Support
  • Support simple content creation such as product photos, short videos, and social media assistance.
  • Assist with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WeChat postings when needed.
  • If applicable, support Xiaohongshu or other Chinese content.
Working Hours
  • Standard hours : 11 am to 8 pm , including a 1-hour meal break .
  • Ability to work on weekends and public holidays as part of the retail schedule.
  • 1 off day per week , usually on a weekday.
  • Flexibility may be required during promotional events or busy periods.
Qualifications Needed
  • Passionate about luxury jewellery, customer service, and retail sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident interacting with customers.
  • Professional, well-groomed, and able to represent a luxury brand image.
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Proficient in English; Chinese language ability is a bonus for serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort using social media platforms.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.
