Job responsibilities

• Engage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on network infrastructure projects.
• Provide support on day-to-day infrastructure logistics operations.
• Lead continuous improvement projects.
• Engage with team members to build and report KPIs / metrics on a monthly basis.
• Engage with XFNs to gather requirements to formulate quarterly / annual budget.
• Support vendor onboarding, invoice validation and unblock any account payables.
• Coordinate with sourcing and procurement on new purchase orders, validate the accuracy against bill-of-materials / requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in supply chain and logistics operations
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good proficiency in Excel
• Fluent in English

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Project or program management experience
• Data analytics experience, hands-on knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of budgeting & forecasting
• 4-6 years of experience
