Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage trainee challenges by communicating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance trainees' performance.
  • Monitor attendance to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct monthly performance evaluations of trainees.
  • Liaise with worksite supervisors to address trainee-related issues.
  • Attend meetings to provide updates on trainees' progress.
  • Adapt work hours according to worksite requirements.
  • Perform additional duties to support employment projects.
