Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Shipping Executive to manage all aspects of shipping documentation and compliance. The ideal candidate will prepare a full set of shipping documents including BL, Commercial Invoices, and Custom Forms, and will coordinate shipping processes. 1-2 years of relevant experience is necessary. This full-time role works from Monday to Friday and offers a salary range of $2,800 to $3,300.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of shipping documents such as BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Insurance, Custom Forms.
• Apply SFA Export Health Cert & Free Sale Cert.
• Arrange courier of samples and documents.
• Prepare shipping marking.
• Ensure compliance with outbound shipping documentation.
• Data entry and filing of documents.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of shipping documents such as BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Insurance, Custom Forms, COO etc. (For LC shipment, sea shipment & air shipment)
• Apply SFA Export Health Cert & Free Sale Cert
• Arrange courier of samples and documents
• Prepare shipping marking
• Ensure all outbound shipping documentation process in a timely and complies with customers’ requirement
• Data entry and filing of documents
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
