Job summary

Location: Loyang (Changi)
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8.00am–5.30pm
Salary: $3500

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the order-to-delivery process, including order processing, scheduling, and shipment coordination
• Coordinate and manage Purchase Order requirements and customer demands
• Monitor, plan, and oversee demand & supply commitments
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Manage customers’ accounts, monitor shipment/revenue status, and review material and forecast requirements
• Maintain and update product configurations and BOMs
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve fulfilment‑related inquiries

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics/ supply chain
• Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills
• Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office will be an advantage
