Job Title: Logistics Coordinator (ID4760)
Location: Tuas
Working Hours: 5 days, 8:15am-5:30pm (Mon – Fri)
Salary: $2800-$3100

Logistics Coordinator

The Job Responsibilities

• Import documentation (including but not limited to commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.)
• Coordinate end-to-end import shipments from origin to destination
• PO confirmations and amendments with suppliers and internal purchasing team
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers
• Obtain and evaluate freight quotations from approved forwarders for cost and service comparison
• Handle after-sales claims related to damaged, missing, or non-conforming goods
• Prepare and submit supporting claim documentation (survey reports, photos, invoices, BLs)

What It Takes

• Minimum a Diploma or equivalent
• Candidate with 2 years Logistics Coordinator experience
• Must have knowledge in calculating CBM, volumetric (air freight), incoterms
