Job summary

A logistics service provider in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service / Logistics Administrative Coordinator. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily logistics operations including shipment planning and delivery scheduling.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices and packing lists.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and transporters to ensure timely shipment.
  • Provide logistics support to the sales and operations teams.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to delivery status and shipment discrepancies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and update the system for stock movement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and customs declarations.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
  • Provide logistics and administrative support to the sales and operations teams.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to delivery status, shipment discrepancies, and product availability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and update the system for stock movement and order tracking.
  • Support continuous improvement of logistics processes and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Job Requirement
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination, shipping documentation, or customer service (logistics).
  • Good knowledge of local/international shipping procedures and Incoterms.
