Job summary

Cogent Container Depot Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Admin Assistant for a full-time, on-site role to support daily container depot operations.

You will accept and process container transactions, coordinate with customers and truck drivers, and ensure accurate documentation.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience, a GCE N level, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' level
• Minimum 1 year of working experience
• Able to perform overtime when necessary
• Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Process documentation for in-coming and out-going container in the Depot
• Attend to hauliers and process in-bound and out-bound container details in the system
• Keep inventory report of containers
• Verify payment for Depot Handling Charge and tally the payment received
• Collate daily storage, repair, and movement reports as well as any other ad-hoc requests required by the shipping/leasing lines
