Job summary

Cogent Eastern Precision Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring an Admin Assistant to support day-to-day container depot operations on-site. You will process container documentation, coordinate with customers and hauliers, and ensure accurate records.

The role offers an 8:30am–5:45pm schedule with alternate Saturday work, lunch subsidies, medical and dental benefits, and two-way transport from Jurong East; overtime is paid.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' level.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work overtime and alternate Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Process documentation for container movement in the depot.
• Attend to hauliers and process in-bound and out-bound container details in the system.
• Collate daily storage, repair, and movement reports as well as any other ad-hoc requests required by the shipping/leasing line.
• Collect payment from hauliers and tally with reports.
