Job summary

IMC AG in Singapore is seeking a self-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales across Singapore and the SEA region, focusing on Learning Management Systems and digital learning solutions. You’ll engage senior stakeholders, map customer needs to our solutions, and drive growth in a competitive market.

You will hunt for new opportunities, deliver capability presentations, craft proposals, own regional accounts, and build long-term relationships with clients at all levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of success in Technology Sales, Business Development, or Software Consulting.
• Prior experience or familiarity with LMS, HR Software, E-Learning, Digital Content, or Knowledge Management systems is beneficial.
• Autonomous workflow with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to quickly grasp customer HR processes and map to our solutions.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline across Singapore and SEA.
• Lead pitches, deliver capability presentations, and craft proposals/tenders.
• Own key regional accounts and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Support partner network with presentations and lead local marketing initiatives.
• Provide clients with product introductions and training, maintaining CRM data.
