Job summary

You will partner with stakeholders to transform digital learning, improve certification management, and elevate employee learning experiences. You will lead LMS projects, manage data quality, governance, and reporting, and oversee integrations with HR and talent systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS/Business.
• 8–10 years of enterprise LMS/HR applications experience.
• Experience leading system implementation and enhancement projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional consultant and SME for Learning Management Systems.
• Lead stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and define future-state processes.
• Analyze training operations, certification management, compliance tracking, and learning workflows.
• Develop business cases and solution recommendations for learning transformation initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and process automation initiatives.
• Lead implementation and support of LMS platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors Learning or equivalent solutions.
• Partner with training and HR teams to optimize learning administration processes.
• Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and compliance requirements are met.
• Support integration with HR, talent, and workforce systems.
