Job summary

COMPASS GROUP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Learning & Development expert to design, implement, and optimize the company’s LMS, drive content uploads, assessments, certifications, and reporting, and ensure accurate learning records for compliance.

The role also covers video learning production, storyboard and scriptwriting, coordinating training programs, and leading Train-the-Trainer initiatives to enhance employee capability and organisational culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in related discipline required.
• Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience in instructional design and digital content development.
• Experience creating video-based learning content.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business functions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute LMS strategy, enrolments, assessments and reporting; ensure records are compliant.
• Lead video learning creation: storyboard, script, production, embedding in LMS.
• Support Concierge Training framework and Train-the-Trainer programs; develop curricula and guides.
• Manage employee engagement surveys: planning, communications, analysis, and reporting.
