Job summary

Compass Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced L&D professional to manage the LMS, develop engaging video-based learning content, and support concierge training initiatives. The role will coordinate with HR and operations to ensure effective learning pathways and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in Learning & Development, LMS Expertise, and experience producing video training material, with strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience in instructional design and digital content development.
• Experience creating video-based learning content.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business functions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute LMS implementation and enhancements.
• Develop LMS content uploads, learner enrolment, assessments, and reporting.
• Produce and embed video learning content within LMS pathways.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer programmes and competency frameworks.
• Support employee engagement surveys and related actions.
