You’ll hunt opportunities, lead impactful pitches, own key accounts, and support partners with strategic initiatives. Qualifications

5+ years of success in Technology Sales, Business Development, or Software Consulting.
Familiarity with LMS, HR Software, E-Learning, Digital Content or Knowledge Management systems.
Autonomous workflow with a can-do attitude.
Ability to quickly map customer HR processes to our tech solutions.
Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

Hunt for new business opportunities and build pipeline in Singapore and the SEA region.
Lead pitches, deliver capability presentations, and craft proposals/tenders for learning solutions.
Own regional accounts and build deep, long-term relationships with clients at all hierarchy levels.
Support partner network with presentations and lead local marketing initiatives aligned with global strategies.
Provide clients with basic introductions and training on our products, keeping data sharp within our CRM.
