Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Business or related field.
• 5+ years in Technology Sales, Business Development or Software Consulting.
• Familiarity with LMS, HR software, e-learning or knowledge management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by hunting for new business opportunities and building a robust pipeline across Singapore and SEA with partner support.
• Lead consultative pitches, deliver capability presentations, and craft proposals for learning solutions.
• Own regional accounts and nurture long-term relationships with clients at all levels.
• Support partner network with presentations and local marketing initiatives aligned with global strategies.
• Provide clients with product introductions and training, and keep CRM data up to date.
