Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in IT, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Technology Sales, Business Development, or Software Consulting.
• Familiarity with LMS, HR software, e-learning or knowledge management is highly beneficial.
• Proactive, autonomous, results-driven attitude.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline across Singapore and SEA.
• Lead high-impact pitches, deliver capability presentations and craft proposals/tenders.
• Own regional accounts and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
• Support partners and marketing with presentations and events aligned with global strategies.
• Provide clients with product basics and training, and maintain CRM data accuracy.
