Job Title: Livestreamer cum Personal Assistant

Location: Oxley Bizhub, Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: SGD $2,000 – $4,000 (base salary + performance-based commission)

We are a fast-growing Singapore-based hair care brand expanding across both retail and e-commerce. As part of our growth, we are looking to hire confident, driven, and camera-ready individuals to join our team as Livestreamers cum Personal Assistants.

This is an in-person role suited for individuals who are comfortable on camera, enjoy interacting with customers in real time, and can support both livestream operations and daily administrative tasks.

Role Overview

As a Livestreamer cum Personal Assistant, you will support brand livestreams, handle livestream moderation, manage customer interactions, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Livestream Hosting & Moderation

• Host engaging and sales-driven livestreams on platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee Live.
• Provide livestream moderation and operational support during live sessions.
• Respond promptly to customer comments and questions during livestreams.
• Assist with showcasing products, bundles, promotions, and special offers.

Customer Engagement (Live & Off-Live)

• Reply to customer messages and comments promptly during off-live hours via Telegram or other messaging platforms.
• Maintain professional and friendly communication to build customer trust and loyalty.

Administrative Support

• Provide administrative and coordination support related to livestreams and daily operations.
• Assist with scheduling, preparation, and post-livestream follow-ups.
• Support internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and livestream sessions.

Performance Support

• Assist in tracking livestream performance and sales results.
• Share feedback and observations to help improve future livestream sessions.

Requirements

• Confident, articulate, and comfortable speaking on camera.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Background in livestreaming, sales, retail, or e-commerce is an advantage.
• Responsible, organised, and able to multitask.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Work Schedule

• Admin Support & Livestream Moderation: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Livestream Sessions: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM (subject to management scheduling)
• Working Days: Monday to Sunday
