Seeking a senior lithography process engineer to lead unit module development for 300mm advanced packaging. This role drives process development, milestone tracking, and cross-functional alignment from setup to mass production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Lead lithography UMD engineers to develop and qualify processes

Monitor and report project milestones to ensure timely delivery

Work with equipment and integration teams to improve process robustness and cost-efficiency

Troubleshoot setup issues and define new process requirements

Collaborate with customer engineering teams for smooth engagement

Conduct process knowledge transfer and training sessions

Support section manager responsibilities when needed

Ideal Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, or related field

Over 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in advanced packaging

Strong background in lithography or related packaging process areas

Proven leadership in project execution and cross-team collaboration

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across cultures
